We can’t deny that AI is well and truly here. So it would be silly of us to say never use AI communication software because lets face it, if we can save time we’re going to use it.
Here comes the but
The clue is in the name ‘artificial’. You don't communicate with robots. You communicate with people and people learn to communicate best with other people.
